Custom Breaks have been providing great value ski and snowboard holidays in Morzine for six years. We know all the best bits the Portes du Soleil has to offer and we love sharing it’s lesser known secrets.
We promise you quality catered ski holidays in our beautiful Chalet Alice, superbly located near to the Prodains cable car taking you directly into the heart of Avoriaz, the best spot to begin your explorations of the seemingly limitless terrain available in the 13 linked resorts making up the Portes du Soleil.
For the more independent skiiers, our charming self catered Chalet Abby is equally well located, very well equipped and offers our guests a level of comfort a notch above the rest.
In Chalet Alice, your chalet hosts are always carefully selected for their friendliness, great enthusiasm and home cooking skills. Each day they provide a hearty and filling breakfast to kick-start your day, scrumptious freshly baked cakes for afternoon tea and for six nights of the week, a delicious home-cooked 3 course meal with plenty of wine.
We pride ourselves on providing a personal and flexible service that allows for early meal times for children, menu alterations for specific dietary requirements as well as being on hand to help with ski lessons, ski hire and ski passes (both delivered to the door!) as well as hassle free airport transfers.

Morzine, Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil is simply fantastic.
Morzine is in the centre of the largest internationally linked ski area in the world and offers the best value for money lift pass in Europe. The vast Portes du Soleil offers an immense variety of runs for all standards of skier and snowboarder, with 650km of pistes and more than 260 lifts spanning 13 linked resorts in France and Switzerland, making it the biggest skiable domain in Europe. Morzine skiing is simply fantastic and to make the most of it, our Chalet Alice guests will be offered a full day of free ski hosting.
